This fully restored 1930's riverside cottage, has been tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped, with your comfort in mind ... It should be noted, that there is a 'Boardwalk' which prevents boats from being launched directly into the water from the property ... Canoes and similar light watercraft are not a problem, however. The existence of the Boardwalk does not compromise the privacy of guests at the cottage by pedestrian traffic, like many other properties along the estuary, as it cannot be seen from the property. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen-dining, separate bathroom, separate toilet, rear verandah, large garden area and ample parking space ... The maximum number of people permitted to stay on the property is four. If you would like friends to visit you during your stay, please ask them to park their vehicles at the end of the limestone driveway (Boats should also be parked here). It is then just a short walk to the cottage. We would appreciate you letting us know if you are planning to have visitors, so that the caretaker can be informed. The full-time caretaker (one person) lives in a separate house on the property.
